A townhouse with terrace in the historic centre of Vila Franca de Xira, undergoing full renovation. A tiled façade to preserve and an interior to redesign: open space, two bedrooms and an outdoor patio.
The Context
An original single-storey townhouse in the historic centre, with a tiled façade. An interior with a poor layout, infrastructure in bad condition, dated finishes, but with a façade to preserve, a patio to restore and enough area for a modern transformation. We will preserve the façade and redo everything else. We will open the kitchen onto the living room, keep two bedrooms while changing their size, renovate the bathroom from scratch and completely remodel the outdoor terrace. We will redo the plumbing and electrics, and apply modern finishes to meet current market demand. The roof and the annex coverings will also be worked on to ensure waterproofing and extend their service life.
