Who we are
Two natures that complete each other
We are two brothers from very different generations. What brought us together, and ultimately solidified our personal relationship, was real estate: starting to work together, side by side, on decisions that carry weight.
Since then, we have faced many challenges. Deals that tested our patience, our trust in each other and our ability to hold firm when things get complicated. It was by going through those difficulties together that the bonds between us were cemented.
It is that resilience, tested on site and at the negotiating table, that we give to those who entrust us with the sale of a house or with their capital.
From that partnership grew a way of working made of two natures that complete each other.
The structure
Marco Barreiros
Managing Partner
Marco brings the structure. In the Special Forces and in Command roles in the police, in the GNR, he learned that execution leaves no room for improvisation, and he turned his Master's in Military Sciences, specialising in Security, into a way of thinking about risk before it happens. He also brought the legal armour of someone who studied Law and practised as a lawyer in Real Estate Law: every deal closed to withstand the unexpected, not to depend on luck.
The analysis
André Barreiros
Managing Partner
André brings the analytical reading. With a degree in Data Science, he is the one who ensures decisions rest on data and not on intuition: reading the market, modelling risk and return, separating fact from guesswork and measuring before moving forward. It is the rigour of someone who does not trust a deal until the numbers confirm it.
Our story
From one property at a time to a structured operation
We started like almost everyone: one property at a time. We soon realised that this does not scale. So we moved to always having three deals running in parallel: one for sale, one under renovation, one being bought. That is when the operation truly grew.
But managing three fronts at once required structure. So we organised the operation into three hubs, designed to reduce risk and ensure execution from start to finish.

Searches for and analyses opportunities, many off the market.

Administrative and Legal
Handles all the legal and documentation work, from due diligence to contracts, so the deal is watertight and free of surprises.

Operations
Manages the construction end to end, with our teams and construction partners, to deliver what was planned, on time and on budget.
Alongside that, we have been maturing. Our team of two kept growing and today we are more than 30 collaborators who are fully committed and make this happen every day, each knowing exactly where they fit. We became faster without losing rigour (we shortened the average renovation time from three months to two, without lowering our standards on finish or cost control) and we reinvest what we earn into warehouses, vehicles and technology that give us greater capacity to respond.
