T2 Apartment Pontinha – Full Renovation
A T2 in Pontinha for full renovation, next to the metro. Generous areas, solid fundamentals and a premium location thanks to direct access to central Lisbon: a property that needed a complete intervention to make the most of what the layout already offered.
The Context
When we came in, the T2 was entirely original. A closed kitchen, infrastructure at the end of its life, dated finishes, but with generous areas and a premium location, next to the Pontinha metro. We opened the kitchen onto the living room in a spacious open space, ensuring a sense of freedom inside the home, redid the plumbing and electrics from scratch and renovated the bathroom. Good finishes from the flooring to the sanitary ware: a light-stone worktop in the kitchen with integrated appliances and a built-in laundry area, a wall-hung toilet, a backlit mirror, gold taps and a heated towel rail in the WC.
